Hours: Full time, 36 per week
Working Location (Main Office): Civic Offices, Sutton

Our Early Help Team is growing!

We are a small team, that aims to make a big difference to the lives of local children and families. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new post within the team, providing effective early help support and intervention to prevent issues arising or escalating.

The role will be family centred, and work flexibly to create packages of support that enable families to improve their outcomes. The post holder will complete Early Help Assessments, short interventions and adopt innovative approaches to bring about change. Working with families identified as part of our Troubled Families or wider Early Help service, you will play a key role in delivering successful outcomes, and demonstrating the effectiveness of everything we do.
