Children With Disabilities Practitioner
Grade 7, £27,801- £34,338, per annum with earning potential to unconsolidated rate £36,372 based on performance 
Location - Sutton Civic Offices
Permanent - 36 hours

This is a vacancy for a Children's Practitioner in the Children with Disabilities team. The work is varied and covers the planning of assessment and review of in need plans at Early Support level for children with disabilities who receive short breaks as well as undertaking duty work and Child & Family assessments. The worker will be supporting the social workers in the team and will carry a small caseload alongside three other children's practitioners.

We are looking for someone who has experience of working directly with children and young people who have a disability and, therefore, has knowledge of a range of disabilities and an understanding of the impact these have on children and families. The ability to work with families and multi-agency professionals to enable the best possible outcomes for children with disabilities is also essential
