Here in Sutton, we have a clear vision, supported by a newly adopted Local Plan. Our residents enjoy a high quality of life, green spaces, a safe environment and excellent schools and expect us to protect these special characteristics while delivering homes, jobs and the infrastructure to support growth.

We have a highly developed vision for growth centred on our masterplan for Sutton Town Centre, linked to the ambitious development framework for the London Cancer Hub in the south of the Borough, which aims to position Sutton as a world class leader in the field of research and treatment of cancer.

We anticipate significant growth across the Borough and we need to match our ambition with people with the appropriate level of experience which includes a proven track record of delivering major schemes to a high standard.

With the establishment of Sutton Living Ltd, our Local Authority Housing Company, a school expansion programme, proposals for a Tramlink extension and a recently adopted Local Plan, market interest is high and we offer a varied and stretching caseload. We are committed to providing an excellent service to our residents and are passionate about creating places where people want to live and work.
