Salary £39,774 - £49,464 (unconsolidated maximum)


Due to the rapid expansion and development of the Early Help Service we have an opportunity for an additional Assistant Team Manager.


The work of the Early Help Service is broad and varied, involving a combination of direct work with children, young people and their families as well as multi-agency partnership working and delivery of projects designed to support the Early Help strategy.


As an Assistant Team Manager you will have line management responsibility for staff, providing reflective supervision, case management and restorative support to staff members. In addition you will take the lead on the development of projects and initiatives within the service. As a member of the management team you will form part of our quality assurance processes, whole team support and service development and design.


You will be a proactive professional with significant experience of working with children and families. Your strong understanding of Restorative Practices will enable you to support and deliver a range of approaches within the team and you will be committed to our approach. You will be solution focused, with an ability to work responsively in a rapidly developing, changing and fast paced environment. You will also possess excellent IT skills, and have the ability to work confidently within google and excel spreadsheets
